Gateway will host a cozy day of autumn activities, delicious food, and warm company.  The Fall Festival will feature autumn-themed crafts, domestic skills, games and much more.  Seasonal treats and a special lunch will be served. Calling all fans of superheroes, comic books, and anime characters! Join us for a thrilling celebration of the characters that inspire us, entertain us, and make us believe in the extraordinary. Service recipients will have the opportunity to view superhero movies, play video games, create art and learn trivia. Gateway will also host a cosplay contest! Dress as your favorite superhero, comic book, or anime character to win a prize.

Join us for an unforgettable day of fun, friends, and self-expression.  Gateway is throwing a party that encourages you to let your hair down, get creative, and appreciate the quirks that make your friendships special.  Show your friends you appreciated them through participating in special crafts such as friendship bracelets, cards, poetry and more. Some ideas to show your wacky side: wacky hairstyles, mismatched socks, colorful clothing, wacky accessories, hats, and glasses. The most outrageous and creative outfit will win a prize.

Join us for a musical journey through the decades. Wear your favorite band tee or come dressed as your favorite musician. Staff will facilitate games of music trivia, a dance showcase, and a karaoke contest. Sing your heart out and compete for the best performance!

Join us for a vibrant celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, honoring the rich traditions, history, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities. This event will feature a diverse selection of music, dance, art, and cultural learning. A special catered lunch of local Latin American cuisine will be provided.

Staff will provide essential ingredients and instruct the groups on how to make a healthy meal.

Staff will escort the weekend program to the mall for a fun day of shopping and socialization.

Get ready for a day of learning and excitement at Gateway's Spelling Bee event. Service participants will have the opportunity to show off their language skills and demonstrate what they have learned during Literacy group. Don't miss this opportunity to test your spelling skills and win a prize! Refreshments will be served.

Join us for our Gaming Day Event, where you can unleash your competitive spirit and have a blast with friends! Staff will facilitate various tabletop games such as Uno, Connect 4, and Jenga. Program participants will also have an opportunity to play video games, Bingo, and computer games with friends.  Get Ready for a Day of Fun and Games!

Unleash your creativity at our Paint and Sip Brunch event! All participants will be provided with materials to create their own autumn-themed masterpiece.   Staff will encourage artistic expression in a relaxed environment. Light refreshments and a tasty brunch will be served.

Gateway will host a Labor Day BBQ Party complete with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and fun activities.

Join us for a Mermaid Day, Under the Sea Event. Gateway will host a nautical-themed music and dance party.  The groups will enjoy ocean-inspired crafts, games, music, dance, and much more. This event will feature a fully catered lunch and delicious refreshments.  Get to make a splash!
